The terms and conditions listed below (collectively, these “Terms of Service”) govern your use of www.daycaytion.com or www.daycaytion.com, the Daycaytion iOS or Android mobile applications, as well as any content, functionality, or services made available on or through those websites (the “Website”). You are not permitted to use any services, visit the website, or mobile applications if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Daycaytion is a work in progress, therefore there will be significant changes soon. We retain the right to periodically amend these Terms of Service, the Website, and mobile applications. Although “major” is a very individualized concept, we will make sure to prominently notify any significant changes. Nevertheless, you can always keep track of our updates. You can view the modifications for any new version of this paper because it is obviously available on Daycaytion. Following the publication of revised Terms of Service, your continuing use of the website or mobile applications constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

Website accessibility, mobile apps, security, and privacy

Although we are making great efforts to improve Daycaytion, we are unable to guarantee that the Website or mobile applications will be accessible constantly. Additionally, we have the right to revoke or limit a user’s access to a feature. Anytime the entire Website or mobile applications are unavailable, whether temporarily or permanently, or if any data is lost, we will not be held responsible (see also section 7 below).

Therefore, unless as expressly permitted by the Website or mobile application itself, you undertake not to reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or republish any of our copyrighted material. Not include any content that is violent, hateful, inciting, defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, insulting, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
Not advocate violence, sexually explicit or pornographic content, or prejudice against people because of their age, race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.

We are not responsible for damages or personal injury, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Website or mobile applications or the hotel facilities booked through daycaytion.com or daycaytion.com. You acknowledge that your use of the website and mobile applications is subject to a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. You undertake to use the Website and mobile applications carefully and avoid using them in ways that could lead to the loss of your property or the information of any third parties since they include errors and bugs.

Your use of our service will not be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we do not promise, represent, or warrant that it will be. We do not guarantee the accuracy or dependability of any outcomes that may be attained through the use of the service. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time and without prior warning, or to remove it altogether. Disclaimer of Liability for Hotels

I am aware that the hotel and its employees are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind that may result from any of the hotel’s operations whether they occur on-site or off. In addition, I accept all charges as personal debt and agree to be responsible for making full payment on the account regardless of billing instructions. The management would like to remind guests that they are not responsible for any financial valuables left at the hotel that are stolen or lost.

Age and Geographic Restrictions

For the time being, we only allow residents of the United States to utilize this website and its mobile applications. We make no assurances regarding the accessibility, suitability, or legality of the Website, mobile applications, or any of its content outside of the United States. You are solely responsible for adhering to local laws if you visit the Website or mobile applications from a location outside of the United States. For the time being, “Daycaytions” are only available to those who are at least 18 years old. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older when you buy a Daycaytion.
